The Alimentarium in Vevey is much more than a museum; the restaurant hosts cookery workshops run by a professional chef. Their experimental kitchen is super cute and very well equipped. This is a great opportunity for individuals, family and/or friends to create some specialties based on a monthly theme. My son was young when we visited it, but he loved every minute spent there. Who knows???…. maybe he discovered his love for cooking in there.
