We enjoyed very much the experience of fishing-and-eating our own trout “Chez Rosalie” in Champéry. They have 4 et ponds and you can borrow the equipment in here. You pay only for the trout that you fish. Right after you caught your fish, they’ll cook and serve you at their restaurant. It was delicious. You can also get your trout home if you wish so. Around Chalet Rosalie there is a very nice and easy walk in the middle of the nature. Nice for biking too. To my knowledge they also rent a room in the chalet. Some restrictions are mentioned in their web page, like not pets allowed as they have cats; hence not recommended for allergic guests.
The fishing experience is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 to 17:00. During the weekends, it opens from 09:00. Outside these hours, you need to call for a special reservation.
