We often go to Villars and Gryon, but we didn’t know about the small family ski area of Les Chaux near Solalex.
The Les Chaux gondola lift takes you to the heart of the Villars-Gryon-Les Diablerets ski area, the start of some beautiful walks.
We did a nice walk and finished at the sledding park. We tried new winter engines and of course did some fun sled runs too.
It’s the perfect spot for families with young children or beginner skiers.
A conveyor belt of about 160m allows you to go up the slope effortlessly! This carpet is recognizable by its wooden cover which recalls the “Pont de Lucerne” and protects all its users regardless of the weather conditions.
All the facilities are accessible free of charge, for unlimited family sharing moments!
I am always amazed by the breathtaking views over the clouds.
