We got inspired by the scooter alpine downhill adventure proposed in Lenk and decided to follow the same path but biking. This is an easy nine km trail from the mountain station of Leiterli to the valley station of Betelberg (800 m elevation starting at 1,943m above sea level). Imposing mountain views are guaranteed. From the top we can also admire the Iffig spectacular waterfal. We deviated a bit to have a closer look at the waterfall; it’s quite striking!.
If you decide to go for the scooter experience, the equipment can be hired directly up at Leiterli station. Minimum age required is 12y/old accompanied by an adult. No reservation needed unless you go on a group of 10 or more people. You can also choose to hike down.
