The Zip-line Valley in Charmey, one of my son’s favorite! – FR

The Valley of the Zip-lines in Charmey is a super exciting attraction and it’s the first of it’s kind in Switzerland.
It’s a great mix of hiking and zip-lines. The course is made of 15 long zip-lines, some over 300 hundred meters long 😲
You can chose the 11 zip-line course or the 15, the latter includes two 10m jump from the top of a tree.
You need to take the gondola from the parking in Charmey center. You get equipped at the first stop and then you continue to the top of the mountain with your guide. The total vertical drop is 400m and the views from the top are stunning.
Kids are allowed as of 11 y/o accompanied by an adult. Groups up to 12 persons are allowed (bigger groups can be organized but need to contact them).
Count between 2 and 3 hours to finish the trail (time depends on the number of participants). We were only 4 plus the guide so we were quick 🙂.
Reservation is required and punctuality is imperative.
Be sure to take appropriate shoes and always call before to make sure the weather conditions are good.
As my husband can’t do momentarily any effort, he waited down for us to have a quick lunch in a peaceful spot by the forest.
My son loved the adventure soooo much that I think we’ll come back soon.
You can add to your visit the tree climbing park, monster scooter downhill course, thermal baths, biking and lots of hiking paths.
